Bi-polar Disorder & Schizophrenia

Question:
Hi,
I have a 9 yr old with bipolar and ADHD and hes starting to show signs of pyschosis from the things that i have looked up on the net, is that possible for him to become schizophrenic?  He has already attacked me, threatened to kill people and now soils his pants and is regressing i don't know what to do he is on lithium and dexedrine he is seeing a counselor but he is acting more psychotic every day.

Please get a complete evaluation from a child psychiatrist for medication adjustment.
Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are two different illnesses and one does not convert into the other.  However, there are some symptoms which are common to both disorders.  Psychotic thinking and aggression may be features of both disorders.
