Question: 
Hello, I have this problem and i can't tell anyone.. I am 16 and i had sex, without protection.  I didn't use condom.. And basically now i am not having my periods...The whole July month i didn't had my periods ..I had sex on July 18...I did took a home preg test and it says i am not preg...But i still haven't had my periods.. I need help...

Well Pzl help me...Tell me what to do..Thank u

Answer:  
Sometimes severe anxiety, tension and fear delays the onset of a period. I hope that is the case with you.

It is a good idea to take the pregnancy test again in a week or so. If you still get a negative response but you don't start your period then you do need to check with your doctor for an exam and a test.

Also seriously consider talking to your mother or a family member you trust who can guide and support you through this tough time. I hope that your family is supportive even though this will be a tough time for them also.

Everyone makes mistakes and most mistakes have consequences. As long as we learn from those mistakes then it has served a good purpose.
